George Sutherland

George Sutherland was baptized on 12 February 1801 at Findochty, Banffshire, Scotland.1,2 He was the son of John Sutherland and Marjory Bruce. His family was known by the tee-name of "Do" or "Doh". George Sutherland was a fisherman. He married Margaret Flett at Findochty, Banffshire, Scotland, on 1 July 1826.2 He married Barbara Thain at Findochty, Banffshire, Scotland, on 25 September 1842.2 George died on 24 January 1880 at Findochty, Banffshire, Scotland, at age 78.2
