The Buckie and District Directory for 1926 shows that William John Mair lived at 23 Church Street, Portknockie, Banffshire, Scotland.4 He was a witness at Albert Scott Henderson Robb and Kathlene Mair's wedding at 19 North Silver Street, Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, Scotland, on 2 January 1929.5,2 He married Margaret Strachan Sim at 17 Union Terrace, Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, Scotland, on 15 June 1929.2 William died in 1969 at Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, Scotland.2
