I appreciate the location and inscription of the headstone at Cullen Cemetery but this headstone does not refer to the grave of Elizabeth! I was surprised to discover that the headstone which bears the inscription "Erected by John Pirie in.......etc" actually rests on lair numbers G137 and G138 the graves of John "Buxer" Pirie (and then "King") d:1900 and Helen Wood. Was Elizabeth interred here? I am afraid not, both registrars and burial ground registers are identical and no mention of any other burial is recorded in these lairs.
