George Paterson

     George Paterson was born on 6 September 1880 at 1 Gellymill Street, Macduff, Banffshire, Scotland.1 He was the son of Francis Paterson and Helen Watson. George Paterson was a fisherman. He married Ann Gardiner Wood at 75 Union Street, Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, Scotland, on 7 March 1913. They was a witness at George Andrew West and Jane Wood's wedding at 75 Union Street, Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, Scotland, on 11 March 1920.2 He was the informant for Jane Wood's death at Laing Cottage, Laing Street, Macduff, Banffshire, Scotland, on 11 February 1934.1,3 He was the informant for Jane West's death at Laing Cottage, Laing Street, Macduff, Banffshire, Scotland, on 16 February 1954.1 George died on 22 January 1962 at Chalmers Hospital, Banff, Banffshire, Scotland, at age 81.1
