He married Margaret Geddes at Parish of Rathven, Banffshire, Scotland, on 25 February 1849.3,1 He was the informant for, and present at, Helen Clark's death at Portessie, Banffshire, Scotland, on 18 June 1861.4,1 William died on 17 August 1913 at Buckie, Banffshire, Scotland.1
