     Violet Morling was born on 12 May 1915 at Rathven, Banffshire, Scotland.1 She was the daughter of James Benjamin William Morling and Helen Pirie. Violet Morling was a berry picker. She married Albert Sherriffs Jamieson at 43 Hamilton Place, Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, Scotland, on 10 December 1938.2,3,1 As of 10 December 1938, her married name was Violet Jamieson. Violet died in 2005 at Aberdeen.1
