James Alexander Mair was a shipwright. He was the informant for, and present at, Georgina Mair's death at 483 Portknockie, Banffshire, Scotland, on 9 August 1911.2,1 He married Helen Margaret McIntosh at Seafield Church, Portknockie, Banffshire, Scotland, on 22 August 1918.1 James died on 10 September 1943 at Ashview, Bogmoor, Spey Bay, Banffshire, Scotland, at age 62.1
