She married James Alexander Mair at Seafield Church, Portknockie, Banffshire, Scotland, on 22 August 1918.2 As of 22 August 1918, her married name was Helen Margaret Mair. Helen died on 18 November 1971 at Mayfield Cottage, Easter Marchfield, Fochabers, Moray, Scotland.2
