Ann Murray was born on 22 February 1920 at Buckie, Banffshire, Scotland.1 She was the daughter of William Reid Murray and Margaret Jessie Farquhar. Her family was known by the tee-name of "Farmer". She married James Shea at Aberdeen Northern District, Aberdeenshire, Scotland, in 1942.2,1 As of 1942, her married name was Ann Shea. Ann died on 12 September 2004 at Musselburgh, East Lothian, Scotland, at age 84.1
