     Jean Lyall was born on 24 September 1796.1 She was the daughter of Alexander Lyall and Anne Mair. Jean Lyall was baptized on 30 September 1796 at Parish of Gamrie, Banffshire, Scotland.1 Jean Lyall was also known as Jane. She married George Mair at Parish of Cullen, Banffshire, Scotland, on 30 October 1818.2 As of 30 October 1818, her married name was Jane Mair. Jane died on 3 March 1873 at Portknockie, Banffshire, Scotland, at age 76.3,4
