Margaret McKenzie was born before 6 April 1842. She was baptized on 6 April 1842 at Parish of Rathven, Banffshire, Scotland.1 She was the daughter of John McKenzie and Helen Imlach. She married Alexander Smith at Parish of Rathven, Banffshire, Scotland, on 8 July 1864.2 As of 8 July 1864, her married name was Margaret Smith.2 Margaret died on 3 July 1865 at Portessie, Banffshire, Scotland.3,4
