Mary Wood

     Mary Wood was born on 29 August 1863 at Parish of Peterhead, Aberdeenshire, Scotland. Although the IGI only has a birth record from Seafield, it is assumed that Mary Wood was born in Peterhead along with George Wood, for whom there are birth records from both Peterhead and Seafield.¹ She was the daughter of Adam Wood and Jean Wilson. Her family was known by the tee-name of "Wilkin".
