Helen Bruce

     Helen Bruce was born circa 1824. She was the daughter of George Bruce and Jane Bruce. She married George Mair at Parish of Cullen, Banffshire, Scotland, on 27 February 1845.1 As of 27 February 1845, her married name was Helen Mair.
She was listed as head of household's wife in the 1891 census at Church Street, Portknockie, Banffshire, Scotland. Those recorded in the household were: George Mair "Bobin", head; Helen Mair "Bobin", wife.2
Helen died on 25 April 1908 at 246 Portknockie, Banffshire, Scotland.3,4
